Evaluation of breeding stock, with 3 or more years old, in the United States of America.
To request the evaluation of your animal, you have to know:
- Submission of Request: via email to the Breeders Association.
- Advance payment: to reserve the evaluation, a non-refundable advance payment is required: 370€ for members of our Association or 390€ for not members, in the following bank account: IBAN: ES37 2100 0686 34 0200205992 / SWIFT: CAIXESBBXXX. Please note that this amount is non-refundable in the event that the animal is not evaluated during this call.
- Deadline for request and advance payment: Juny 27th.
- Estimated evaluation date: Early October (the exact date will depend on the number of requests received and the availability of the Evaluation Commission).
- Requested documentation:
- Completed request forms (fill in your stud information at the top, select the option “valoración de reproductor” and indicate the information of your animal/s in the section D).
- Proof of the payment, including the owner’s full name in the payment reference.
- Copy of the animal’s passport (pages including full pedigree, microchip, UELN and graphical identification).
- Description of the location where the animal is housed, using the following table for guidance . We will aim to group animals together in nearby areas to facilitate the work of the Evaluation Commission.
Once we have determined the number of requests in your region, we will contact you by email with the following information:
- Instructions for completing the payment process and bank account details
- Final location, date, and time of the evaluation
The final price of the evaluation of your animal can vary by the number of animals to be evaluated and their location in the country.
Please note that the final price of the evaluation may vary depending on the number of animals and their distribution across the country. For logistical and financial efficiency, we aim to group evaluations in as few locations as possible to avoid unnecessary travel.
Please, remember that you only animals that are correctly registered under your stud code are eligible for evaluation.
On the day of the evaluation, please ensure that your animal is presented in an appropriate manner to the Evaluation Commission. The animal’s passport must be handed to the Commission prior to evaluation. It will be returned to you afterwards with the evaluation result and official stamp.
